I help individuals develop self-awareness, fulfillment and connection to self so they can be more present, fulfilled, and live more authentic lives. When individuals feel more connected to and present with themselves, they are more likely to show up more compassionately with others.
I help organizations do transformative diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) systems change work so they can build more just and inclusive organizations. A key part of that is working with leaders individually and collectively. Change is often dictated by the leadership structures of organizations and teams. If an organization is to change and grow into an inclusive and just organization, the leaders must do their personal work and learn to lead differently. Another element of this is helping organizations and their teams develop buy-in, shared understanding, and the muscle and skill to shift the organization’s culture. I also work with organizations who are committed to this path, change their policies and practices to reflect their commitment to DEIB.
When we change individuals and organizations, we create ripple effects in the world. We are interconnected beings. When we change, we model that for others around us. That creates possibility and opportunity for others to be inspired by that change and to take it on for themselves. When we change ourselves, we also change how we interact with others in any relational context.
