1:1 Life, Leadership and Executive Coaching
I provide 1:1 life and leadership coaching to individuals looking to live more fulfilling lives. Coaching is a powerful, ongoing relationship that helps you focus and realize your visions and goals. With me as your coach, you will get tools and support to remove obstacles and facilitate change.
Healing Circles and Meditation Ceremonies
If an individual is looking to go deeper into their healing, they can join a group healing circle, or meditation ceremony, or choose to do a private meditation ceremony. These are empowering opportunities for individuals to explore themselves more deeply.
Consulting
I consult organizations on their diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging platforms. As a leader who brings 20 years of experience, I can help organizations develop innovative and transformational DEIB programming and change.
Sometimes, during consultation, we may discover there is a need to repair harm. I provide mediation and restorative practices support services on an as needed basis so that we can move the work forward with the restoration required to do it meaningfully.
Workshop Facilitation
I offer workshops focused on leadership development, racial and social justice, emotional intelligence, facilitation, diversity, equity and inclusion to organizations or groups looking to develop their team’s capacity.
In conjunction with the healing circles and ceremonies, I offer supporting workshops to help individuals deepen their healing awakenings.
