Diana brings 25 years of facilitation experience, 20 years of nonprofit experience and 10 years of experience as an executive leader. As a result, she knows how to move leaders from awareness to action. She can get executives and decision-makers to make the work especially impactful—helping organizations embed DEIB into leadership structures, decision-making processes, and everyday workplace culture.
She can guide tough conversations, hold space for discomfort, and help leaders and teams navigate conflict, repair harm, and grow. Her work isn’t just about “checking the DEIB box”— she helps people develop the real skills and muscle to lead inclusively and courageously. She doesn’t just consult—she builds lasting change. She has a proven track record of designing sustainable, impactful DEIB initiatives.
Diana has built many programs and initiatives from the ground up. She founded the Mission and Learning department at Good Shepherd Services (GSS) NYC, where she served as the founding Assistant Executive Director of Anti-Racism and Equity, and now its founding Chief of Mission and Learning. In this role she leads initiatives in leadership development, learning and development, culture change, and equitable practices.
Diana has built transformational programs that create systemic impact, including the ARE Leadership Institute, which has trained nonprofit leaders across the New York City sector and at GSS. She co-founded the NY Equitable Economies Coalition, advocating for increased procurement opportunities for BIPOC vendors and consultants. Previously, she led policy and program efforts at the Committee for Hispanic Children and Families and contributed to the NYC School Diversity Advisory Group, shaping integration recommendations for public schools. She has consulted several NYC nonprofit organizations on their programmatic, diversity, inclusion and belonging efforts over the years.
Holding a Master’s from NYU, and a Bachelor's from Wheaton College, Diana is a lifelong learner trained in restorative justice, racial and social justice facilitation, circle practice, mediation, trauma-informed practices, energy healing, and coaching. She integrates leadership development, DEIB, and holistic healing, bridging personal transformation with systemic change. Through her work, she empowers leaders, teams, and organizations to build equitable, inclusive, and thriving communities.
